Wednesday’s Helping: Options for fried brown rice

Remember that you can take fried brown rice in different flavor directions.  Try adding pieces of chorizo, diced jalapenos, and cilantro for a Latin American twist.  Meanwhile, remove any and all meat ingredients for a great vegetarian dish.  We suggest adding a splash or two of soy sauce, for taste balance, to the mix if you’re preparing vegetarian fried brown rice.  Lastly, we suggest adding shrimp or imitation crab meat to fancy things up.
