Spicy chorizo and leafy bok choy
combine to make a unique and yummy stir-fry in this dish. Here’s the

What you will need:
1 large frypan w/ lid
1 wooden spoon
3 tbspns cooking oil
1 medium red onion, sliced thin
1 bunch bok choy, leaves cut for stir-frying
1 package Johnsonville Chorizos, cut
into bite-sized pieces
2 garlic cloves, chopped small
Pinch of salt and pepper
