Shave ice has a decadent feel with less fat and calories. Mt Lam Lam Sno’ and Ice Cream in Barrigada, Guam, had our mouths watering for more. Try a Neapolitan snowball with strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate. The delicate texture of true shave ice (not to be confused with crushed ice) is the secret.
