Hold the mayo, yet again
We recommend making this coleslaw instead of making
a fat-laden slaw that’s dressed with mayonnaise. Meanwhile, this dish
amounts to a vinegar-based coleslaw that’s seasoned with an Asian twist.
The Mixed Stew crew likes the unusual spicy kick in every
bite. We were inspired by the Spicy Thai-Peanut sauce that’s usually
served with Satay at most Thai restaurants. Remember that peanut
butter contains monounsaturated fat, which is healthier than the animal fat
found in mayonnaise.
