My mom always made the best cake with Jiffy mix. Its a white cake mix at the bottom of a 13x9 pan, (makes a thin layer of cake), topped with vanilla pudding mixed with cream cheese, topped with drained crushed pineapple topped with cool whip. SO good!! Jiffy was always our go to for corn bread, too.
