What do we suggest as toppings for these beans? Serve these black beans with sour cream, diced green onion and shredded American or cheddar cheeses. If you wanna really spice things up, then we suggest chopped jalapenos, freshly minced cilantro, tabasco, or pickled hots. Need a better starch than the usual rice? Blue corn tortilla chips or even garlic mashed potatoes can go well with a warm bowl of our beans.
