Parmesan can get boring
We suggest tweaking the seasoning
ingredients to take our recipe for “Brussels Sprout Chips” in different flavor
directions. For example, add shredded cheddar and real bacon bits instead
of Parmesan cheese. Try adding pretzels, paprika, cracked pepper and
coarse salt to a different batch. Feta cheese is another pungent cheese that's worth experimenting with for this snack. Lastly, make a really different party
mix by adding seasoned Brussels sprout chips to freshly made popcorn.
Just make sure toss well. Remember that you can also make kale chips
instead of Brussels sprout chips.
