Add more flavor with tripe
If you prepare and allow beef tripe to cook slowly until soft then it can add more texture and flavor to any savory dish. Chop the tripe into small or bite-sized pieces. We recommend adding tripe to your traditional taco meat. Stretch any Asian stir-fry with pieces of tripe, too.
