We like having a can or two of black beans in our pantry for a more traditional Tex-Mex pinch for quickly made meals. Black beans have a milder and earthy flavor compared to other beans. Add a can to make yummy Huevos Rancheros for breakfast, quesadillas for lunch, and they’re also a tasty side dish for many savory dinners, such as baked chicken, grilled salmon, or well-seasoned roast beef.
