chicken breast medallions. Also, remember that
if you use leg meat, you can remove the chicken
legs’ skin to reduce your fat-intake. If
you really wanna go meatless, the Mixed Stew crew recommends making grilled
veggies (such as asparagus and eggplant) that have been generously rubbed with
jerk seasonings.
