We
recommend adding chopped bell pepper, diced chilies, or even a dash of dried
red pepper flakes to this stir-fry to give it more gusto. If you don’t
like broccoli, we suggest diced baby corn, snow peas, or baby bok choy.
Add cubed tofu bits, sliced eggplant, and chopped mushrooms for more texture
and oomph. Lastly, substitute the splash of soy sauce for fish sauce or
Worcestershire sauce.
